Quayport Trust – Senior Trust Officer

Our client, Quayport Trust are seeking an organised, and detail-oriented Senior Trust Officer to join our fiduciary team.

This role involves providing a consistently high-quality service in the daily administration of a portfolio of Trust and Companies for high net worth private client individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of a client portfolio of complex trust and company structures
  • Drafting of trust and company minutes and correspondence to clients
  • Liaise with settlors, beneficiaries, investment managers, bankers, lawyers and other related professionals in relation to the effective management and control of a client portfolio
  • Administer trusts, estates, guardianships, and related fiduciary accounts in accordance with trust documents, policies, and applicable laws
  • Provide high quality service to HNW individuals
  • Record information on databases, including electronic filing

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Trust role
  • Relevant professional qualification (STEP or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under own initiative
  • Excellent time and organisational skills
  • Superb analytical skills
  • Confident working with Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Familiarity with electronic filing and document management software

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time position but some flexibility available
