Guernsey Finance – Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Our client, Guernsey Finance are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join their team, backed up by an extremely competitive benefits package.

Marketing Team Objectives:
• Help GF hit its mission: ‘to promote and connect Guernsey as a leading finance centre in its chosen markets.’
• Maximise marketing opportunities across all available channels and platforms, to increase GF’s digital
footprint and reach.
• Continuous improvement across all marketing, through programmes of ‘test and learn’.

Requirements:
• A degree-level or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• 3 – 6 years of relevant digital marketing experience with a proven track record in managing successful
digital campaigns.
• Excellent people-management skills with the capability to manage junior staff members when required.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including CMS, CRM, and email tools.
• Ability to work independently and effectively support team members.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good timekeeping and organisational skills.
• Be available to travel on behalf of the company as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support in line with the strategic jurisdictional objectives with expertise in data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, and cross-channel integration.

Digital Marketing
Manage the digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, SEO/GEO, and social media. Utilise data analytics to optimise performance and report on key metrics.

Digital Advertising
Oversee and project manage digital advertising efforts, including social media advertising campaigns and Google advertising campaigns. Utilise data analytics to optimise performance and report on key metrics.

Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the agency’s objectives, and identify and implement improvements for better user experience and channel performance.

Website Management
Regularly update and maintain website content using the CMS, and make changes and updates to the business directory listings when required.

Email Marketing
Create and send personalised and dynamic email campaigns, including newsletters and event communications, using marketing automation software.

CRM Management
Manage the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring information is accurate and up to date, and support targeted marketing campaigns through data segmentation.

Reporting & Presenting
Analyse marketing performance data and generate comprehensive reports. Present insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring data-driven decision-making and alignment with strategic objectives.

Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor activities and conduct annual gap analysis to keep GF at the forefront of digital marketing in finance.

Performance Monitoring
Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Personal Development
Keep up to date with developments in digital marketing tactics and advances in technology, bringing these into the business when appropriate.
