Our client, Guernsey Finance are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team, backed up by an extremely competitive benefits package.
Marketing Team Objectives:
• Help GF hit its mission: ‘to promote and connect Guernsey as a leading finance centre in its chosen markets.’
• Maximise marketing opportunities across all available channels and platforms, to increase GF’s digital footprint and reach.
• Continuous improvement across all marketing, through programmes of ‘test and learn’.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Marketing qualification(s) and/or a relevant undergrad degree.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing practices.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Some experience with CMS, CRM, email marketing, and other digital marketing tools.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good timekeeping and organisational skills.
• Be available to travel on behalf of the company as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support in line with the strategic jurisdictional objectives.
Digital Marketing
Support the Marketing Manager digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, SEO/GEO, and social media. Utilise data analytics to optimise performance and report on key metrics.
Website Management
Regularly update and maintain website content using the CMS, and make changes and updates to the business directory listings when required.
Email Marketing
Create and send personalised and dynamic email campaigns, including newsletters and event communications, using marketing automation software.
CRM Management
Assist with basic data entry and updates in the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring information is accurate and up to date, under the guidance and support of the Marketing Manager.
Performance Monitoring
Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for enhancing our marketing strategies.
Innovation
Identify and implement new marketing approaches to drive growth.
Continuous Improvement
Keep up to date with developments in digital marketing tactics and advances in technology, bringing these into the business when appropriate.
