With the Discrimination Ordinance now in effect as of 1 October 2023, responsibility falls to employers to educate their teams on the importance of diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

We’re offering out this course to all employers and employees in Guernsey, providing attendees a with flavour of the legislation but more importantly focusing on the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace and how best to achieve this.

Our course covers how to build an inclusive culture for your business and how to deal with claims or concerns raised under the new ordinance.

This interactive event presented by Paul Beard our Training Partner, is taking place on 4th December 2023 at The Venue at Fermain Valley Hotel. Aim to arrive for 8:15am, help yourself to the breakfast options provided and be seated ready for the training session to start at 8:30am.
