Our client, a Family Investment Office situated out of town is looking for a full time PA who can assist in the day-to-day running of this busy environment.
Applicants must have the following attributes:
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s with English Language and Mathematics – A Levels and Graduate Qualifications welcomed.
- 5+ years in a supervisory role within an office environment.
- PA / Legal / Reception / General Office Experience.
- A good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other IT systems / solutions.
- Proficient in audio / copy typing.
- Good attention to detail and a higher than average wpm speed.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Be proactive, helpful and flexible.
