Boatworks Ltd – Finance Administrator

Our client, Boatworks are seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to join their administration team.

The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience within a commercial environment and an interest in the marine industry would be beneficial.
The day to day responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Bookkeeping (using Sage software)
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Online banking and payments
  • Cash management
  • Financial administration
  • Data and stock input (using Kudos software)
  • Basic accounting functions (in conjunction with external accountant)
  • Monthly management reporting
  • Annual budget and cash flow forecasts
