Our client, Boatworks are seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to join their administration team.
The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience within a commercial environment and an interest in the marine industry would be beneficial.
The day to day responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping (using Sage software)
- Bank reconciliations
- Online banking and payments
- Cash management
- Financial administration
- Data and stock input (using Kudos software)
- Basic accounting functions (in conjunction with external accountant)
- Monthly management reporting
- Annual budget and cash flow forecasts
