Apax Partners – Experienced Investor Services Administrator

Our client, Apax Partners Guernsey are looking to expand their local investor services team, the ideal candidate will provide an excellent client service experience and the ability to process, monitor and analyse data.

The Investor Services Administrator position requires a team player with the ability to work to strict deadlines. Establishing and maintaining in-depth relationships with knowledge of the limited partners invested in the Apax private equity funds and related entities managed by Apax Partners Guernsey in order to deliver a best in class and seamless services to the limited partners and their contacts and counterparties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of ongoing investor relationships, to include reviewing and responding to investor queries on a wide range of matters
  • Assisting the team with fundraising and fund closing matters
  • Ensuring the accurate maintenance of investor records, in particular relating to investor contacts and bank details for distributions
  • Management of the Apax Investor Portal with regards to Investor Reporting
  • Ensuring investor communications are accurate and appropriate
  • Processing transfers of partnership interests
  • Using and developing the General Partners’ investor database for maximum benefit to all parties
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Attending relevant Board and Operational Committee Meetings
  • Attending and contributing to team meetings

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Three to four years of Client/customer service experience in a fund administration environment. Experience of data processing, monitoring, and analysis.  Ability to interact with a wide range of investors competently confidently as well as other external and internal stakeholders.
