Apax Partners Guernsey Limited – Investor Services Senior Administrator

Our client, Apax Partners Guernsey Limited are seeking a Investor Services Senior Administrator to assist with overseeing a small and experienced team of Investor Services administrators.

The focus of the role is on establishing and maintaining in-depth relationships with the limited partners invested in the Apax private equity funds to deliver a best in class and seamless service to the Apax Fund limited partners, their contacts and counterparties.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To positively and proactively drive the team forward to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • To closely support the team’s manager on an ongoing basis
  • To support the Investor Services Administrators in their day-to-day administrative tasks and assist with technical and complex private equity administration queries
  • Adequately manage resource within the team to ensure all queries and tasks are resolved in a timely manner and within SLA deadlines
  • Act as the first point of contact for the team and be able to confidently address any queries they may have or escalate to the Manager as necessary
  • Confidently liaise with the entire spectrum of the Fund investors from HNWI’s to SWF’s
  • Identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes and procedures and update in real time
  • Responsibility for investor onboarding processes
  • Develop new controls and procedures as needed to improve operational efficiency
  • Oversee maintenance of accurate LP data and records in all systems


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Relevant client/investor relationship role with junior/ assistant managerial experience in a fund administration environment.  Experience of overseeing team workflows and managing resource.  Must have the ability to interact with a wide range of private equity investors competently and confidently as well as other external and internal stakeholders, whist maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.  Knowledge of carried interest arrangements is desirable.
