An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for the right individual to join a small Corporate Services team in their Guernsey office to support the business with delivering a best-in-class service as a Fund Administrator.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tax reporting and maintaining tax records
- Ensuring timely delivery of fund reporting to investors
- Co-ordinating the fund investment and divestment decision process including recording decisions
and processing related documentation - Processing of calls, distributions, and cash management
- Processing of fund, GP, and money market payments
- Maintenance of fund facility arrangements and reporting requirements
- AIFMD deal filing notifications
- Liaising with both internal and external counterparties
- To attend and contribute to team meetings
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Relevant administration qualifications, and / or willingness to undertake further professional study
as appropriate.
ATTRIBUTES
- Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation relating to Guernsey Investment business
- Knowledge of statutory requirements and company secretarial processes
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Ability to understand, apply and communicate effectively on tax and regulatory issues

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Outlook, Word and
- Excel
- Good IT skills
