Apax – Fund Administrator, Corporate Services

Our client, Apax is seeking a permanent Fund Administrator within their Corporate Services team in Guernsey.

Duties include undertaking general administration of private equity funds and related entities managed by Apax Partners Guernsey. The role will primarily support the Corporate Services Team in the regulatory reporting requirements of the Apax private equity funds. Relevant administration qualifications are desired and/or a willingness to undertake further professional study.

This position requires knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation relating to Guernsey investment businesses, as well as knowledge of statutory requirements and company secretarial processes. The successful candidate will have the ability to work within strict deadlines, strong numeracy and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills and an understanding of process management. Excellent attention to detail, the ability to be deal with sensitive information, underpinned by honesty and strong team working are required for this role.

This is a full time (37.5 hours) permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits.
