Fund Administrator

Apax is currently recruiting two full-time fund administrators to undertake the administration of private equity funds and related entities managed by Apax Partners Guernsey.

Responsibilities include investor onboarding and ongoing investor relations, to include reviewing and responding to investor queries on a wide range of matters, ensuring timely delivery of fund reporting to investors, and coordinating the fund investment decision process including recording decisions and processing related documentation.

The successful candidates will also be tasked with the processing of calls, distributions, and cash management, processing transfers of partnership interests, and liaising with internal and external counterparties. Other duties will include statutory and other corporate secretarial matters, ensuring regulatory compliance and associated filings, and attending and contributing to team meetings.

If you have relevant administration qualifications, and/or are willing to undertake further professional study as appropriate, are honest, a team player, have excellent communication skills, are detail oriented, and have knowledge and experience of the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel this may be the job for you.
