Hayley has eight years’ of experience in HR and recruitment, having previously worked as a HR Manager for a local hedge fund company, as well as for a number of local recruitment agencies and a commercial start-up. Hayley has achieved Chartered MCIPD status after gaining a Masters degree in Human Resource Management.

As for life outside of Focus, Hayley enjoys boating, music, skiing and running. Some of you may have even seen Hayley singing at the Vale Earth Fair 2011!
