Becky has worked within the HR field since 2001 within both Commercial and Financial institutions, gaining the Certificate in Personnel Practice and Professional Development scheme. Since setting up Focus HR in 2007, Becky particularly enjoys developing and growing the business.

Outside of the office Becky enjoys spending time with her two children, entertaining for family and friends and taking part in many of the charitable team events that Focus get involved with.
