Becky Machon Becky Machon - Director
Becky is a locally qualified HR professional holding licentiate membership of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). Becky has obtained the Professional Development scheme certificate and Certificate in Personnel Practice qualifications and has worked both in Commercial and Financial organisations in Guernsey.

Katie Vidamour Katie Vidamour - Director
Katie comes from a Finance background and has achieved graduate membership of the CIPD through the Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel. Katie has also completed the Certificate in Personnel Practice locally and has a strong background in Strategic HR Management.

Sarah Langford Sarah Langford - HR Consultant
Sarah has 10 years local recruitment and HR experience having worked for local recruitment agencies and as a HR professional with a large financial organisation. She is a licentiate member of the CIPD with a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management. She holds both the Diploma and Certificate in Recruitment Practice and membership of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. Sarah is our HR consultant with a specific focus on Recruitment solutions.

Hayley Gaudion - HR Consultant
Hayley has gained Graduate status of the CIPD after completing a Masters in Human Resource Management. Hayley has also obtained the Certificate in Personnel Practice. All qualifications were achieved locally. Hayley has worked for local recruitment agencies, was a HR Manager for a hedge fund company for 4 years and also has experience of working within other financial organisations as well as within the commercial sector.

Nicole Bromley – HR Administrator (Contract)
Nicole has gained Associate status of the CIPD after gaining the Certificate in Personnel Practice in 2009 with distinction. Nicole has also obtained the Recruitment Employment Confederation Certificate and Diploma in Recruitment Practice and the City & Guilds Preparing to Teach in The Lifelong Learning Sector certificate. All qualifications were achieved locally. Nicole was previously Manager of the finance division for a recruitment agency, was HR Officer for a local fiduciary company for nearly 2 years and also has experience of working for herself having recently set up her own Jewellery business.
