Human Resources outsourcing provider, Focus HR Solutions, have recently expanded their team to five. The bespoke HR solutions company have taken on Hayley Gaudion as a permanent HR Consultant and Nicole Bromley as a contract HR Administrator to assist with the surge in business the company is experiencing.
Miss Gaudion, completed the Certificate in Personnel Practice locally and more recently has gained Chartered status of the CIPD after completing a Masters in Human Resource Management. Hayley has worked for local recruitment agencies, was a HR Manager for a hedge fund company for four years and also has experience of working within other financial organisations as well as within the commercial sector.

Mrs Bromley, completed the Recruitment Employment Confederation Certificate and Diploma in Recruitment Practice and the Certificate in Personnel Practice locally last year passing with distinction. Nicole was previously Manager of the finance division for a recruitment agency, was HR Officer for a local fiduciary company for nearly 2 years and also has experience of working for herself having recently set up her own Jewellery business.
"I noticed Focus were recruiting a contract administrator through their Facebook Group and thought the position seemed the perfect way to utilise my recruitment, HR and training experience whilst giving me time to complete a teaching certificate" said Nicole.
