Receptionist - PART TIME

(Guernsey) A receptionist is required to undertake the following duties:

- Maintain the reception area
- Greet callers and notify appropriate employee of their arrival and issue security tags
- Receive, handle and transfer telephone calls and messages
- Perform a variety of routing typing and clerical duties including administering holiday charts and the next week visitor list
- Sort and distribute internal mail together with receiving and recording all couriers and hand delivered mail
- Arranging taxis
- Distributing faxes
- Shutting reception down at the end of the day and locking main front door

This is a part time position working 22.5 hours per week from 1pm to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Suitable applicants will have a good communication and organisation skills, the ability to work on their own initiative and preferably previous experience of working within the finance sector.
