Senior Account Executive

(Guernsey) If putting your clients' needs first and providing excellent customer service is your area of expertise this Account Executive position could be just what you're looking for.

This is a client relationship role in respect of investment plan provisions for a broad range of multi-jurisdictional corporate/non or inter governmental organisation clients. Products are highly customised and tailored to the client needs.

The primary challenges are to ensure that prospective and existing clients can count on high quality customer service standard that will be maintained throughout the lifetime of the client relationship.

The role holder will define and implement policies, processes and procedures combined with innovative use of the available technology which ensure minimal error rates, high productivity and client satisfaction. The ultimate goal being to maximise client retention and develop the relationship.

The role holder will identify possible cross selling opportunities within their portfolio of clients and liaise with the appropriate teams.

The ideal candidate would have a financial background and a knowledge of investments, be an effective communicator, creative and have a high level of presentation skills.
